Been trying to get the vibrator on our bed repaired for over 2 months. Totally let down by both Sleep Country and Tempure Pedic. They said if we could not get it fixed they would replace the frame with new unit. Repair guy came finally after 6 weeks and did not have parts to fix unit, said he would contact them and let company know and to contact them in few days if we do not hear from them. Well of course we did not her from them and now we have sent many messages to them and of course no one is getting back to use. Bought in Barrie Bayfield Store not recommend Sleep Country at this point cause they are not filling the need for customer service. Very very displeased that we have been unable to get this resolved...Still trying...Randy and Tammie Bobbette.
